Achieve2day provides compliance-aligned resources and services to support Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). These include:

- 🥇 Premium Compliance Package – full Clause 1–6 coverage plus policies, procedures, and forms.
- 🌐 RTO Website Development & Maintenance – compliant WordPress builds with support/hosting options.
- 🎓 Moodle LMS Setup & Support – flexible setup, instructional design, and digital-ready assessments.
- 📢 RTO Marketing Support – campaigns and strategies to engage agents and students.
2. Use of Website
- You must use this website for lawful purposes only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit content without our prior written consent.
- You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the website’s security or functionality.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, designs, and materials provided by Achieve2day remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. Purchasing or licensing resources grants you the right to use them within your licensed RTO but does not transfer ownership.
4. Resource Licensing
- Licences are issued per RTO number unless otherwise stated.
- Unlimited-student usage applies only within the licensed RTO.
- You must not share, resell, or distribute our resources outside your licensed entity.
5. Disclaimer
Important Disclaimer
Achieve2day is not an RTO consultant, compliance advisor, or subject matter expert in regulatory interpretation. We are a designer and developer of compliance documents, tools, and resources aligned to the Standards for RTOs 2025.
All products provided — including TAS documents, timetables, validation reports, policies, procedures, forms, and registers — are generic in design and based on the information supplied by the client.
It is the sole responsibility of the RTO and its appointed compliance professionals (e.g., RTO consultant, compliance manager, subject matter expert, or equivalent role) to:
- Review, verify, and contextualise all deliverables.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment with their scope of registration, cohort needs, and operational practices.
- Maintain quality control and continuous improvement in line with SRTO 2025 standards and NVR Act requirements.
Achieve2day does not guarantee audit outcomes or regulatory approvals, and assumes no liability for how the materials are used, implemented, or represented by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Achieve2day is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our website, services, or resources. This includes, but is not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, or audit outcomes.
7. Payments & Refunds
All pricing is in AUD and excludes GST unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not offered for digital resources once delivered. Consultancy and service cancellations require at least 7 business days’ notice; otherwise, fees may apply.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
